Why am I not getting the full, advertised 130% (2.3X) increase in light output when using both light enhancement sheets?

The CS-LiteBrite+ light enhancement sheets must be oriented properly in relation to each other, and have the protective film removed from both sides of both sheets in order to provide the intended effects.
